Cobb & Co. Property Management believes that real estate is one of the safest and most consistent avenues to invest in. Alongside his successful real estate company (Keeton & Co. Real Estate), Daniel decided to form a property management company to be able to provide an all encompassing model to his clients.
We understand that renting out your property is not always smooth sailing, when done on your own. Our goal is to eliminate the stress, while you enjoy the profit. We accomplish this by offering a comprehensive set of services, including resident procurement, accounting, inspections, and maintenance.
All investors and properties are different and because of that, we offer different packages to choose from. We pride ourselves in extending pleasant and timely communication, possessing a heart for service, and treating your properties as if they were our own. With more than 25 years of experience in the property management industry, Jennifer Hoke brings extensive knowledge, experience, and a genuine passion for helping property owners and residents to her role as Interim Director of Operations at Cobb & Co Property Management.
Jennifer began her career in multifamily housing, where she developed a strong foundation in property operations, resident relations, leasing, maintenance coordination, and the many moving parts required to successfully manage rental properties. Over the years, her experience has grown to encompass both multifamily and residential property management, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the industry and the needs of property owners and residents alike.
At Cobb & Co, Jennifer is closely involved in the day-to-day operations of the company and works with owners throughout the management process, from onboarding and preparing properties for the rental market to lease administration, financial processes, and ongoing owner and resident communication.
Having spent more than two decades in the industry, Jennifer understands that successful property management is about much more than collecting rent and coordinating repairs. It is about protecting an owner's investment, anticipating problems before they become larger ones, communicating clearly, and building relationships based on trust and accountability. She believes property owners should feel confident knowing there is someone looking out for their property, while residents deserve to be treated with professionalism, respect, and kindness.
Outside of work, Jennifer values family, community, and giving back to others. She brings those same values to her work and is proud to be part of a local company where relationships and personal service remain at the heart of property management.
With more than five years of experience in the real estate and property management industry, Lindy Schauer brings a strong combination of industry knowledge, organization, and attention to detail to her role as Leasing & Administrative Coordinator at Cobb & Co Property Management.
Lindy plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day management of our properties and helping ensure a smooth experience for both property owners and residents. She assists with landlord and tenant communications, prepares leasing and property management documents, coordinates inspections, and provides administrative support throughout the leasing and management process.
Her experience in both real estate and property management has given Lindy an understanding of the importance of clear communication, accurate documentation, and timely follow-through. Whether she is assisting with a new lease, coordinating an inspection, communicating with an owner or resident, or helping behind the scenes, Lindy approaches each task with professionalism and care.
As part of the Cobb & Co team, Lindy is committed to providing the responsive, personal service our clients and residents expect while helping keep the many details of property management organized and moving forward.
Outside of the office, Lindy is an avid dog lover and enjoys spending her free time antique shopping and searching for unique finds.
