Pet Guarantee

For any pet that we approve, we guarantee our owners up to $1,000 in damage protection for any pet damage above and beyond what the security deposit covers.

Eviction Guarantee

For tenants placed by Cobb & Co Property Management, we guarantee up to $1,000 toward eviction costs. Available for $15/month. No coordination fees.

Tenant Placement Guarantee

We guarantee to place a qualified tenant within 60 days of marketing during peak leasing months (March–August). For homes listed during the slower fall and winter months, placement is guaranteed within 90 days. If we don’t, you’ll receive one month of management free.
