Real Estate), Daniel decided to form a property management company to be able to provide an all encompassing model to his clients.
We understand that renting out your property is not always smooth sailing, when done on your own. Our goal is to eliminate the stress, while you enjoy the profit. We accomplish this by offering a comprehensive set of services, including resident procurement, accounting, inspections, and maintenance.
All investors and properties are different and because of that, we offer different packages to choose from. With 15 years in the property management world, I bring a wealth of expertise to Cobb & Co Property Management. I started my career in the multi-family and have spent the last 7 years dedicated to the nuances of single-family properties.

Whether it's fostering strong connections with landlords, maintaining positive rapport with tenants, or collaborating seamlessly with vendors, my commitment to open communication and reliability has been the foundation of my success in property management.

With over two decades of experience in sales and customer service, I am a compassionate people person dedicated to problem-solving and ensuring task completion. Licensed as a real estate salesperson in both Virginia and South Carolina, I have navigated various markets and understand the fluctuations of the real estate and property management industry.
Growing up in Charlottesville and living in Richmond before relocating to Myrtle Beach, I have recently returned to central Virginia, bringing a wealth of knowledge about diverse markets. Outside of work, my husband and I cherish time with our two wonderful children and our husky mix, Swiffer.
